All of our menu items are gluten free and vegan unless stated otherwise. 90% of the ingredients we use are organic or sourced locally. Menu items change on a regular basis so we can always include the freshest produce and incorporate what is in season.

Starters

Spring Rolls -$8-

Winter veggies rolled in rice paper served with a ginger aioli drizzle and tamari.

Portobello Carpaccio -$10-

Thinly sliced portobello mushrooms served with lemon sea salt, truffle oil and cracked pepper.

Organic Edamame -$10-

Seasoned with himalayan sea salt on a bed of organic sprouts.

Pierogies -$10-

In house made traditional pierogis served with temph bacon, onions and a chipotle cream.

Fig Crostini’s -$10-

Thornbury Bakery crostini’s topped with caramelized onion aioli, dried figs, balsamic reduction and pine nuts.

Baked Kettle Chips & Dip -$8-

Chips served with your choice of two daily in house made dips. Choose from sundried tomato & artichoke, tzatziki, truffle herb aioli, roasted red pepper, caramelized onion or cool cucumber.

Daily Soup -$6-

Served with a crostini.

Romaine lettuce with croutons, coconut bacon, almond ‘parm’ and our in house made dressing.

Arugula Salad

With grilled zucchini, kalamata olives & hemp hearts tossed in a creamy sun-dried tomato dressing.

Tomato & Avocado Salad

Tossed with mixed greens, shaved red onion & chili flakes.

Roasted Potato Salad (-$12-)

Fresh arugula, blasted bell peppers & roasted mini potatoes tossed in a grainy dijon, caper & dill dressing.

Mushroom Board

A collection of sautéed wild mushrooms with arugula, cherry tomatoes and truffle oil served with crostinis.

Grilled Veggie Board

Grilled seasonal vegetables served with fresh greens and a lemon caper basil drizzle.

Asian Noodle Bowl

Rice noodles tossed in a tahini ginger sauce with bok choy & shitake mushrooms topped with crushed cashews.

Sweet & Spicy Thai Cauliflower Bowl

Roasted cauliflower and bell peppers tossed with basmati rice in a sweet & spicy Thai sauce.

Falafel Bowl

Baked in house made falafel served on a bed of fresh zucchini noodles tossed in a roasted red pepper lentil sauce topped with tzatziki.

Raw Sesame Ginger Bowl

Cauliflower rice served with cucumber, bell peppers and cabbage in a spicy sesame ginger sauce Bell peppers, carrots & green beans served atop basmati rice with in house made chickpea spinach curry.

Sweet Potato & Leek Quinoa

With spinach and maple topped with organic dried fruit.

Shiners -$12-

Two sandwiches “shiners” served on Thornbury Bakery’s gluten free baguette with soup, salad or chips. Have two of the same or two different.

Choose from;
